I am looking for property and I am definitely seeking something that is not all old and run down. I have seen numerous properties over the past couple of weeks and many of them were far older than I would prefer new homes Austin TX. I think that they are okay for someone else, but I want to lean toward new homes since they do not have an entire laundry list of problems that I would have to deal with. When I move into a new place, the last thing I want is to spend more time trying to get it up to par than I do decorating it. That will take away from the experience for me.
So far, none of the homes I have seen were built after 2005. I cannot say that they were all terrible, but again, I do not want to buy someone's headache. I will have far more fun buying something that was built recently and taking the time to make it my own. That is a better idea than buying a raggedy structure and pouring a ton of money into it in order to make it livable. Give me a new home any day
